Parties, scope and consumer savings
These terms govern the Seat Circle site and social-table service. Provider: Denizcom Ltd. (Company Number: 16999432; 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom; [email protected]). Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, remedies for defective/non-performance, complaint routes or evidential protections.
Service and algorithm limits
Seat Circle offers a participation/reservation right for social coffee tables of 5-7 people (ideally 6) in İzmir. The algorithm proposes a table from answers and the team reviews it; no particular people, table, date, venue, compatibility, safety, friendship or result is guaranteed. A monthly credit is only eligibility to request reservation/matching, not an automatic reservation or table guarantee.
18+ requirement and approval
The service is for people aged 18 and over; you declare that you are at least 18. We do not independently verify age using identity documents or payment cards; a payment card is not age verification. Keep information accurate, protect credentials, report unauthorised access and do not transfer your account. Every application is manually reviewed.
Applications, venue and performance
The weekly window closes Wednesday at 23:59. The table, date, time, venue and meeting point are notified when operations are final. Venue food/drink is separate and not included. A venue may be an independent business with its own sales and safety rules.
Price, one-time plan and monthly billing
Before redirect, the quote card shows the total amount to be charged, currency, service, seller and any renewal. If Stripe would produce a different final amount because of any tax or fee, checkout must stop and a current quote must be obtained. A one-time plan covers one participation entitlement. The monthly plan renews automatically each billing period at the shown amount and grants four credits per paid month. Cancellation takes effect at period end so the next period is not charged. Cancellation, withdrawal, refunds and paid rights
The Refund Policy and Distance Sales Pre-Information explain cancellation, no-table, postponement and no-show. Suspension/termination does not erase mandatory refund or withdrawal rights. If access ends for a community breach, unused paid entitlements are assessed separately under performance status and applicable law; automatic forfeiture is not assumed.
Conduct, safety and emergencies
Follow the Community Guidelines and respect boundaries/privacy. Seat Circle is not police, healthcare or emergency response. In immediate danger, leave, alert venue staff and call 112 in Türkiye. Use the web complaint form or WhatsApp support for non-emergencies. We may investigate, suspend access and contact authorities for serious matters.
Force majeure and changes
Natural disaster, epidemic, public action, transport disruption, venue closure, serious safety risk, infrastructure/payment outage or comparable event beyond reasonable control may move, postpone or cancel a table. We give reasonable notice and offer a new date, restored credit or refund as required by law and the Refund Policy.
Intellectual property, reviews and likeness
Seat Circle branding, design, text, software and original content belong to their rights holders and may not be copied beyond personal service use. Feedback does not permit public publication or use of your name, photo, voice or likeness in advertising. We request separate, scoped and revocable permission for such use.
Liability and venues
Participants and independent venues are responsible for their conduct. Seat Circle runs reasonable organisation/safety processes but cannot pre-control every act or loss. Limits apply only where law permits; statutory liability for death/personal injury, gross fault, intent and non-waivable consumer rights remains.
Notices and contract provisions
Service notices may arrive in-account, by email or, if enabled, operational WhatsApp; legal requests go to [email protected]. Invalid terms do not invalidate the rest. Delay is not waiver. Users may not assign without permission; Denizcom Ltd. may assign without reducing consumer rights and with notice where required. These terms and incorporated policies form the service agreement.
Law, disputes, language and updates
Turkish law applies subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction at the consumer's residence. Consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts and other authorities remain available. If translations differ, Turkish prevails without reducing mandatory rights. Material updates receive a new version and fresh acceptance where required.
