Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the controller is Denizcom Ltd. (Company Number: 16999432), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Apply at [email protected]. After identity verification we respond within 30 days at the latest, free unless a Board tariff cost applies.
Categories and collection
Identity/contact, 18+ declaration, compatibility/preferences, account/application/reservation/membership/attendance, Stripe reference, legal acceptance/consent, web usage, support, complaint and feedback data are collected electronically through forms, payment, website use and WhatsApp. Seat Circle does not hold card details.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data is used for membership/contract operation, algorithmic matching and manual review, payments/refunds, operational notices, safety/complaint review, fraud prevention, legal duties and quality. KVKK Article 5 grounds include contract, legal obligation, establishing/exercising/protecting rights, legitimate interests and consent where required. Complaint content that may contain sensitive allegations is handled with need-to-know access.
Transfers and retention
Limited transfers may be made to hosting/CDN, Sentry, Stripe, WhatsApp and GA4/Meta only where consented and configured, and to authorities on lawful demand. KVKK Article 9 applies to transfers abroad. Technical content-redaction periods are in the Privacy Policy and do not mean deletion of the entire record. Records without a numeric schedule remain only while purpose or legal duties continue.
Rights under KVKK Article 11
You may learn whether data is processed and request information; learn purpose and proper use; know recipients; request correction and, when conditions exist, erasure/destruction; request recipient notification; object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for unlawful processing. You retain the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
