What do I pay to join, and why isn't it shown here?
You see the fee only at the payment step, for your own table. It's a one-time payment with no surprises — we just chose to tell the story through the table, not a number.
How many people are at a table, and who with?
Tables are generally formed with 5–7 people. They stay small and conversation-focused rather than turning into a crowded party.
How does the algorithm build my table?
From that week’s applicants, we evaluate signals such as age group, language, interests, energy, intention, neighborhood and budget fit. The goal is to form a varied and compatible table.
Can I come on my own — won't it be awkward?
You can comfortably join on your own; the table is a small group of people looking to meet someone new that week.
Can I apply together with a friend?
Sure — you can each apply separately. Table placements are formed from that week’s pool, with room for meeting new faces.
Is this a dating app, or a social table?
It's a social table, not dating. The aim isn't romantic matches; it's a real-life social evening in İzmir where conversation flows with a fresh circle.
How do I know the people at my table are safe?
Participants declare that they are 18 or over; Seat Circle does not perform age or identity verification, and a payment card is not age verification. Reported safety concerns are assessed by our team, and table details are approved by operations before publication.
What happens after the table?
That's entirely up to you. There's no in-app messaging; you swap contacts yourself with the people you click with. We only build the right table — the evening is yours.
When do I find out the venue?
Your venue, address and time details are sent once the table plan is finalised. When choosing a venue, we aim to consider ease of travel within operational constraints.
What should I wear — is there a code?
No code — just be comfortable. It's a warm coffee table; come as yourself.
What if I can't make it that week — can I postpone?
Yes. Until Wednesday 23:59 you can move your participation entitlement to the following week at no cost. If something operational goes wrong on our side, your entitlement rolls over automatically too.
What happens if I can’t make it or no table forms?
Cancel before Wednesday 23:59 and your participation entitlement is fully restored. If no suitable table can be formed, your participation entitlement may roll to the following week; we will let you know the status.
The table is rebuilt every week.
