Main service characteristics
Seat Circle provides a participation entitlement for social coffee tables in İzmir suggested algorithmically and reviewed by the team. One-time covers one entitlement; monthly grants four eligible reservation/matching credits per paid month. A credit/payment does not guarantee people, table, date, venue or match. Venue food/drink is excluded.
Total price, currency and payment
The current quote card before redirect shows total charge and currency for the chosen plan and binds acceptance to quoteId. Stripe processes payment; Seat Circle does not see card details. Do not pay if Stripe differs from the quote; contact [email protected].
Performance, renewal and cancellation
Table details are notified when group and operations are final. Monthly renews automatically at the displayed interval/amount; cancellation takes effect at current-period end and prevents the next charge. Buying monthly does not itself create a table reservation.
Cutoff, no table and refunds
Weekly cutoff is Wednesday 23:59. Before it, the entitlement is fully restored. Afterwards transfer/refund depends on organisation status and mandatory law. If not approved or no eligible table can be provided, the price is fully refunded. Our cancellation/postponement and no-show terms are in the Refund Policy.
Withdrawal and mandatory rights
Any applicable distance-contract withdrawal and defective/non-performance rights remain. A specific-date leisure/catering exception applies only if the facts and legal conditions are met; a checkbox alone is not waiver. Send requests to [email protected].
Complaints and disputes
Ask [email protected] first. Mandatory rights to apply to consumer arbitration committees/courts at the consumer's residence or transaction place remain. Check current monetary thresholds and procedure in official sources.
Electronic evidence and language
Quote, versions, locale, quoteId and acceptance time may be recorded as evidence without reducing mandatory rights. If translations conflict, Turkish prevails without reducing consumer rights.
